As residents of the greater Charlotte area for nearly 20 years, Bryan Harwell founded ACE Improvements because we genuinely understand what it takes to raise a family and truly make a house a home here. Our company was born out of our background and our own countless home projects and side jobs, which revealed a critical need in our community for trustworthy and comprehensive home improvement services. Leveraging over two decades of residential and commercial contracting experience, we decided it was time to bring our expertise home and dedicate our skills to serving our neighbors.​

Custom Organization with Comprehensive Construction Expertise with over 20 years of construction and home improvement experience, Owner/Installer, Bryan Harwell, ensures that every custom system is perfectly integrated into your home. Bryan personally oversees all design finalization, installation, and warranty work to ensure every project meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. Bryan is the expert behind the build. His extensive background including project management for residential construction, deck construction, carpentry and drywall, and installing technology infrastructure allows us to offer specialized touches to your custom space that most closet companies cannot, including:

Designer Beth Harwell brings her expertise from past experience owning a professional organization business and her Master’s in Organizational Development, Beth is the force behind the function and flow. She manages the business and leads all customer consultations and design work. She doesn’t just design a system, she sees your space as you’re currently using it, focuses on ensuring the design not only looks beautiful but is perfectly tailored to your needs and lifestyle.
